My love for feta cheese is epic. I can have it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I can combine it with a salad or bread only. But growing up, I learned to love it with pasta, and now I have transferred this love to our children as well.
One of my all-time favorite recipes is oven-baked feta and cherry tomatoes.
- 200 gr feta cheese
- 50 ml olive oil
- 500 gr cherry tomatoes
- 500 gr fusilli
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ½ bunch dill
Preheat the oven to 200 C. Grease an oven-proof dish with olive oil, place the cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, place the feta cheese in the middle of the plate, and season with dried oregano.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, and when done, add the minced garlic and mix the feta cheese with the cherry tomatoes.
In the meantime, prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and add it to the feta and cherry mixture. Serve with dill.
