French Pancakes – crepes

I am sure that you have tried to make crepes at least once in your life as a child. And I haven’t met a child that doesn’t love them. My three children simply can’t get enough of them. To be honest, neither can my husband.

We love them with jam or sweet nut spread, served with seasonal fruits.

I have an excellent recipe for the best French crepes.

For best results, use a non-stick pan.

Ingredient:

  • 220 gr all-purpose flour
  • 500 ml warm milk
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 40 gr melted butter
  • 40 gr sugar
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Whisk together all the ingredients, and if you want to enhance the flavor of your crepes, you can add lemon zest, orange zest, vanilla extract, or even rum.

Let the mixture rest for at least one hour at room temperature.

For best results, use a non-stick pan. Grease the pan with a small amount of butter and start your French crepe adventure.
