Cherry tomatoes quiche

My whole family loves my quiches, and I prepare them quite often.   But this quiche is exceptional for me. It reminds me of our summers in France, where you can find all the different tomato colors in the marché.

Luckily, I was able to find the different color cherry tomatoes in my favorite market.

Use your standard shortcrust pastry.

Ingredients:

  • Shortcrust pastry
  • 500 gr different color cherry tomatoes
  • 250 ml cream
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt, pepper, grated nutmeg

 

Instructions:

 

Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and place them onto the prebaked shortcrust pastry.

In the meantime, mix the cooking cream with the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and grated nutmeg. You can even grate some feta cheese according to your preferences.

Bake at 180 for 35 minutes.

Let it cool before serving.
