M&M Chocolate chip cookies

My son decided to celebrate his 10th birthday at home. I was both excited and terrified at the same time. I have never hosted a birthday party at home, let alone a pool party. It was an unknown experience for me, but there is a first time for everything.
All the kids love chocolate chip cookies, but M&M cookies are an upgrade.
Ingredients:
- 360 gr all-purpose flour
- 220 gr softened butter
- 200 gr light brown sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150 gr chocolate chips
- 100 gr M&M’s
Instructions:
Mix the softened butter and sugar until creamy, add the vanilla extract and the eggs one at a time, and continue mixing until incorporated.
Combine the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold the chocolate chips into the cookie dough. Form golf ball-sized cookies, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the M&M’s in different colors on each cookie and bake in a preheated oven at 190C for 8-10 minutes.
Let them cool on a wire rack.
